Have you got experience supervising a team within a manufacturing, warehouse or heavy goods environment, then this could be the supervisory role for you

Shift Pattern - Sunday - Thursday 9:30pm - 6am

Salary £34,880 plus night shift allowance
Premier Galvanizing are currently looking for a shift supervisor to join our team at our site in Corby.


Premier Galvanizing is part of the Joseph Ash Group, (JAG) providing steel protection across a range of processes including hot dip galvanizing, powder coating, duplex coating, and shot blasting.


Your day to day

  • Lead, develop and motivate direct reports to deliver or exceed objectives and KPIs
  • Ensure compliance of company, legal and Health and Safety procedures and act on issues as necessary
  • Organise resource, delegate tasks and deal with day to day resource issues as necessary so the site runs smoothly and service requirements are met.
  • Collate, monitor and analyse KPI and operational data and make adjustments in order to achieve targets.
  • Deputise for the manager in their absence, taking accountability for their responsibilities to ensure the operation continues to deliver its targets.
  • Working on night shift 9:30pm 6am, Sunday to Thursday

Skills and Qualifications

  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Have previous supervisory experience gained within a similar environment
  • Health and safety qualified
  • Enjoy working as part of a team.
  • Have experience of managing targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised and flexible.
