Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide assistance and care to individuals in need.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with various tasks to enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care and support to individuals in various settings such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or private residences
- Assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain a clean and organized environment
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote wellbeing
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best care for clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving, childcare, or related fields is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers
- Knowledge of basic medical procedures and medication administration is a plus
- Willingness to work in diverse environments such as nursing homes or home care settings
