A Senior PPC Executive / Pay Per Click Specialist, who has a detailed knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads, is needed to join a leading international direct response marketing agency based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.

Expect to progress yourcareer managing innovative PPC campaigns for an exciting client list.


Joining as the Senior PPC Executive / Pay Per Click Specialist you will utilise your love of all things digital / social to work on PPC campaigns for a range of clients.

The design and writing of the campaigns will largely be taken care of by other membersof the team; this role is specifically for the ads' ongoing management.

Measuring their performance from a numbers perspective and working towards the lowest costs per action.

On a day-to-day basis expect to measure, monitor and analyse past performance, designA/B tests to improve performance and conversion, make recommendations to clients, work closely with the founders to establish new opportunities and anything necessary to ensure innovative PPC campaigns are delivered successfully.


To qualify You should be a PPC Executive / Pay Per Click Specialist / PPC Account Manager / Digital Marketing Manager / Senior PPC Executive / Digital Marketing Exec / PPC Search Executive / PPC Account Exec / Online Marketing Manager /PPC Specialist / Paid Search Specialist / PPC Account Manager / Digital Advertising Executive / Paid Media Executive or similar, with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Experience managing PPC / digital marketing campaigns ideally within an agency;
  • A detailed knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads;
  • Experience in improving performance and increasing conversion rates;
  • You can work independently and recognise the importance of attention to detail when it comes to metrics that align to clients' goals;
  • Excellent interpersonal / communication skills;
  • A commitment to highquality output and service, with an eye for detail;
  • A highly motivated, flexible and adaptable nature;
  • You love numbers and analytics & feel passionate about the impact of digital advertising;
  • You are proactive and enjoy the challenge of cracking a tough client campaign.
  • Our client promotes a culture of teamwork and holds monthly halfday strategy sessions (Shrewsbury), quarterly fullday strategy sessions (offsite) and an annual twoday away event (offsite). Physical attendance will be required at these._
