Head of Operational Excellence

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team as a Head of Operational Excellence with responsibility for embedding a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, enabling service excellence across all departments.

As part of the role, you will be responsible for the following:

Leading the design, development and implementation of an Operational Excellence Strategy
Working with the business leadership team on new business and innovation activities to support new service development to enable an aligned approach
Proactively identifying continuous improvement opportunities and achieving target savings
Driving the execution of process standardisation, automation, process excellence and continuous improvement
Maintaining and developing excellent working relationships with clients and striving to recommend and develop improvements in services offered
Collaborating with other managers to increase productivity and enhance the effectiveness of operational processes and systems
Managing the project progression on a daytoday and mitigating issues/risks
Planning and executing improvement actions in an outlined timeframe

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience required:

A proven track record of delivering significant, sustained business performance improvements in an agency background
Proven ability to shift cultures to optimise productivity and client experience
Experience in optimising Client Onboarding journeys
Inspiring leadership skills; ability to create energy and a growth mindset to lead a team to deliver the plan
Ability to understand complex information/concepts quickly and circulate them in an understandable way
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office platforms

Salary:
£50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
