About this role
The purpose of the role is to support the delivery of the Lotus Retail Academy training programmes. This is achieved through the administration, reporting and support to the training team.


Role Objectives

  • Administrative support to the Global Head of Training and the Programme Managers
  • Support the wider team with individual projects as required
  • Support the management of the translation process
  • Preparation of materials to support the delivery of the strategic objectives
  • Keep our training calendar and learning experience platform accurately updated with latest schedules, training allocation, and other important information
  • Raising financial spend requests
  • Receipting goods and services
  • Management of financial trackers and support with the budgeting process
  • Supporting travel arrangements
  • Agendas/Minuting
  • Management of the training inbox
  • Management of the central document repository
  • Management of monthly invoicing
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Coordination of training processes
  • Supporting with training coordination and logistics (lunches and cars etc.).
  • Booking rooms and filming studios/space, presenters etc.
  • Issuing directions, choice of local hotels etc for when sending out joining instructions to attendees
  • Respond to scheduling queries and requests from internal stakeholders
  • Communicate changes to schedule and logistics to regional retail network
  • Monitor and communicate possible issues resulting from a mismatch in available resources and training volumes.
  • Ensure every opportunity is realised to deliver full coverage of the training plan via regular reporting and regional attendance management
  • To report on all actions highlighting real time status in alignment with planned v actual
  • Maintain updated training records and reporting
  • Administration of the regional training centre where applicable
  • Where in market experiential training takes place, work with regional teams, regional network and 3rd party agencies to ensure the coordination and administration is managed effectively

Key Stakeholders

You will work with several internal customers and SME's spanning a broad range of departments (including but not limited to technical, product, engineering, aftersales) as well as our external global retail network.

  • Experience of working with a learning management system
  • Excellent communicator, speaking and writing
  • Proficient in excel
  • Keen attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Proficient in PowerPoint
