CLIENT RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our award-winning team located in the city of London.

As a Client Relationship Executive, your main responsibility will be to manage communication between clients, lenders and our brokers, while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process of finalizing finance agreements.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as the main point of contact between customers, suppliers, and lenders throughout the document processing and payout stages
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer needs and timescales are understood and met
  • Ensure that all customer documentation is processed efficiently and submitted to our lenders in compliance with company procedures
  • Collaborate with lenders and share best practices
  • Keep the company CRM system uptodate at all times
  • Delegate tasks to the Payout Coordinators
  • Compliance accountability

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Priority and time management skills
  • A team player and problem solver
  • Aptitude for providing exceptional customer service

  • Computer and mathematical literacy
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Fluency in English (required)

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
