The Governors of Stoneydelph Primary School are looking to appoint a part-time Caretaker to begin work in January 2024.

18 hours per week - Preferred work pattern:


Monday 2:15pm -6:15pm

Tuesday 7:00am - 11:00am and 5:15pm - 6:15pm

Wednesday 8:00 pm - 9:00pm

Thursday 2:15pm - 6:15pm

Friday 2:15pm - 6:15pm

Salary:
Grade - Point 6-9 (FTE £23,893 - £25,119 per annum)

(Pro Rata Salary £11,624 - £12,220 per annum)


Stoneydelph Primary is a large school for children aged between 2 to 11 years old, which is situated in Wilnecote, Tamworth.

It is a large site with 2 school buildings, The Community Academy Trust Offices and extensive grounds.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

repairs and maintenance, liaising with contractors, security of the buildings and site, ensuring the school environment is well maintained and health and safety requirements are met and show initiative when work needs to be completed.

The post will also involve keeping the school site clean, safe and tidy.

This role involves being a key holder for the premises and will include responsibility for site security including locking and unlocking premises.
