Description
Hydro Group Ltd is looking to recruit a Quality Control Inspector to work within their Aberdeen production facility

Quality Control Inspector Main responsibilities

  • Visual and dimensional inspection
  • Pressure testing of Subsea cables and connectors
  • Electrical and fibre optics testing of connector assemblies and cables
  • In process and FAT testing
  • Goods inward inspection of customer owned / issued products
  • Creating documentation packages to both internal and customer specific requirements
Training and Experience

Essential requirements

  • Previous experience of electrical and /or optical testing
  • Previous experience of pressure testing
  • Previous experience of manufactured product visual and dimensional inspection
Preferred but not essential

  • Previous experience of internal calibration of test equipment
  • Previous experience of working with Third Party inspectors
  • Experienced in creating documentation packages consisting of test results, material documentation and certificates of conformity
