Looking for a skilled and experienced Heavy Plant Service Engineer to their team

A well-established and growing company that provides a range of heavy plant equipment to clients across various industries.

They are looking for a dedicated Service Engineer to ensure that our plant equipment is maintained to the highest standards and performsefficiently on job sites.


As a Heavy Plant Service Engineer, you will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team.

You will need to have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work efficiently under pressure to ensure that our plant equipment is always operationaland meets our clients' needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on heavy plant equipment
  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out necessary repairs
  • Working with hydraulic and electrical systems
  • Conducting thorough equipment inspections and providing recommendations for upgrades or replacements
  • Completing job reports and keeping accurate records of all work carried out

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working with heavy plant equipment
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to work overtime when necessary
