Cirencester Office, 2 days in office and 3 days remote

We have a fantastic 12-month opportunity for a dedicated and capable Consultant to join our Business Improvement Team in the Technical Connection Division with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right person.

Working within the Vulnerability & Client Assistance Team, you will provide consultancy and technical support to the Partnership and wider Business to help drive education and awareness of clients in vulnerable circumstances - a key Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) initiative.

Someone with a passion for providing the highest levels of support and delivering exceptional service. A leader, mentor or a passion for coaching and helping others. A confident influencer with a certain amount of gravitas for presenting ideas.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan and deliver monthly content for Masterclasses, Vulnerability Matters Newsletter, Business Improvement Newsletter and other media
  • Support our Partnership and other business queries through the Vulnerability Mezzanine service providing consultancy and coaching support to resolve queries
  • Act as point of contact for queries from the business and the Vulnerability & Client Assistance Team
  • Create MI and Data Packs, identifying trends, exceptions and critical issues to distribute accordingly.
  • Chair the Vulnerability Awareness Group bringing together champions from around the business to voice great ideas and raise challenges
  • Attend the Vulnerability Advisory Panel, using the group to test ideas and changes.
  • Host Field Management Team (FMT) Roundtables and working groups and act as main consultant for FMT queries.
  • Be a great partner with third parties who provide support in relation to vulnerability.
  • Lead on our vulnerability projects ensuring delivery within time, risk and budget.

Requirements:


  • Working with Vulnerable Clients
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the Finance Conduct Authority (FCA) Vulnerable Client Outcomes and Consumer Duty
  • Experience of leading and creating working groups and committees
