Tradewind are currently looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with additional needs in of our lovely schools in South Manchester.

This full-time position is to start as soon as possible, then following an initial period working on a temporarybasis, this role could become permanent, and you may be offered a school contract.

Details of the role:

You will be supporting a small number of children, on a 1:3 basis. Your responsibilities will be supporting the child with their behavior, social integration, and academic work.

You will work as a team with the class teacher and other professionals in theschool to support progress and emotional wellbeing.

Your day-to-day role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

Support an children with their behavior and emotional development
Assisting an with academic work
Working with other staff members to discuss progress and adapt learning

Our market leading rates or pay range between £ per day depending on the role and your level of experience.

To join us and be successful in this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will need to:

Have school-based experience or be willing to attend our in house Teaching Assistant training course
Ideally have experience supporting children with SEND
