Description
An opportunity now exists within RAC Sales Ops, to join our News Business function as a team leader.We are seeking an experienced manager to lead a team of multi skilled agents that operate across a variety of channels that will include inbound and outbound.
You'll be expected at driving agent performance within a highly targeted contact centre-based operation and have demonstrable performance at driving activity within a regulated environment.
Duties will include:
- Deliver Exceptional Service to our customers ensuring regulatory compliance and knowledge including but not limited to FCA, IDD and GDPR, whilst implementing operational standards in line with RAC values and ensure the effective management of individualsto meet and exceed commercial objectives.
- Measure, analyse develop key performance Indicators for acquiring and retaining customers
- Consistent achievement of personal and departmental performance metrics in line with operational targets.
- Inspire, coach, and motivate colleagues to ensure they are engaged with RAC values and put the customer at the heart of everything they do.
About You
This is a fantastic opportunity to operate at the heart of RAC's sales function, whilst demonstrating your leadership capability within our multi-functional contact centre based at our iconic Bradley Stoke site.
- Experience of leading teams in a multifunctional Contact Centre across both inbound and outbound driving business performance.
- Effective communication skills, you will have the ability to translate strategy to tangible sales results.
- Proven record of coaching and developing individuals to drive performance improvements across a range of business and people metrics.
- A natural strong leader, who can coach, mentor and develop individuals to achieve the best results.
