The role of Project Coordinator is to ensure projects run smoothy.
The Key responsibilities include maintaining project documentation such as plans and report, assigning tasks and controlling schedules, communicating the projects progress to team members and other stakeholders and managing the project budget.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
- Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Ensuring that clients' needs are met as the project evolves
- Keeping a log of costs, crew, plant and materials in order to deliver a project
- Attend events as determined by the Director of Operations, to provide support with the client and the Sport Signage crew on site.
- Continually look for ways to improve current operating practices ad make recommendations to the directors
Personal qualities, qualifications and experience.
Confident and well organised.
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
Experience in Operations.
Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Full drivers license required.
Team player with good interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Thorough attention to detail
An ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Demonstrate flexibility in fast moving environment.
Empathy and situational awareness.
Salary:
£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Oxford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Project organisation: 2 years (preferred)

Hybrid remote in Oxford
