Role Summary:


You will be working on the day-to-day coordination and scheduling of Scorpio Site Teams jobs to meet customer expectations and maximise productivity of the Site Teams.

The role will include coordinating and scheduling inspection & installation jobs ensuring each team is profitable. Ensure all scheduled activities are clearly recorded and articulated. Interact and liaise with customers & site teams to meet the expectations of Scorpio Safety Systems and customers. Coordinate access equipment, when required, including administration of purchase orders and goods receipting. Provide telephone support to site teams in real time. Provide administrative support as part of the incoming enquiry telephone team. Database management.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and schedule Site Teams daily workload to meet the expectations of the customer & Scorpio Safety Systems. Ensuring consideration of time required onsite and travel requirements are taken into consideration.
  • Provide customers with quotations for inspection works
  • Maintain CRM with uptodate customer and site information
  • Provide Site Teams with correct data from previous inspections/installations
  • Organise rental of plant access equipment
  • Organise overnight accommodation for Site Teams when required
  • Maximise logístical efficiencies
  • Ensure resources are positioned geographically to meet forecast demand
  • Work with the team to create and provide site specific RAMS for customers
  • Clearly communicate plans with Site Teams & Customers.
  • Rearrange inspection & installation tasks as needed
  • Organise last minute inspection activities for Site Teams following a cancellation or postponement of other planned works.
  • Monitor and report Site Team utilization
  • Answer incoming customer calls and resolve customer queries
  • Be an active member of customer service team by providing excellent customer experience.

Essential Requirements of Position:


  • Excellent organisation and coordination skills
  • Good knowledge of UK geography
  • Customer interaction / query resolution skills
  • Computer competency with Microsoft office suite and databases
  • Effective communicator and problem solver
  • Good professional customer interaction
  • Fluent English speaker

Preferred knowledge but not essential:


  • Experience with CRM programs
  • Working knowledge of the fall protection industry, construction or property management sectors and applicable standards
  • Knowledge of planned preventative maintenance (PPI), asset lists, inspection and certification process

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£11.00-£14.00 per hour
