Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily management of the accounts mailbox

Posting of Supplier invoices to correct limited company using Sage 50

Review and uploading of invoices from the procurement system to Sage 50

Retrieving and positing of invoices from 3rd Party Systems

Import Bank statements into Sage 50

Allocation of payments to Purchase Ledger Invoices

Reconciliation of Sage creditors Ledger against supplier statements

Monthly customer invoicing

Reconciling Sage 50 Debtors


Personal Specification:

A confident user of MS Excell

Good English skills

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

Good time management skills

Keen, Enthusiastic and a can do attitude towards learning

Self-Motivated


An Accounts or finance assistant is an integral part of the team responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate finance function within a business.

The Accounts or finance assistant is responsible for assisting the team of accountants with junior accounting duties. These can vary massively depending on the team structure and size of business.

Entry requirements

GCSE Mathematics & English Grade 4/C required.
