What are we building?:

We are scaling our Product Solutions & Services team at Infraspeak


More than software we have a platform that enables our customers to build their own solution, picking up what best fits their needs in between a plethora of native apps, plug-and-play integrations, powerful customizations, and IoT/Hardware components.


In parallel, we are continuously expanding the range of operations covered by our platform (from maintenance to energy management; from procurement to industrial opsYou name it).

We did a lot already, but we are only 1% done


So we are now looking for a Solutions Advisor to help us design and demonstrate amazing and impactful solutions while being a Source of Good Life to everyone around us.


What will you do?:

You will own the whole
pre-sales solution design and demo flows to
strategic prospects using a
value-driven mindset.


You will pair with Account Executives/Managers during the sales process,
helping on translating business needs to a technical vision and, with a deep knowledge of the
wide Infraspeak offering (apps, add-ons, integrations, customizations, etc), be able to
design and demonstrate a solution
which delivers real value
to complex operations.


You will
work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders such as
Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Delivery.


You will also:

  • Own/manage executive relationships directly with prospects alongside the sales team.
  • Master Infraspeak's product, integrations, and services offering.
  • Maintain expertise in the area of solution design including industry trends, strategies, and products.
  • Build and deliver proofsofconcept (POCs), pilots, and complex demos to different audiences (in terms of responsibilities, seniority levels, and executive power)
  • Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and technical training to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position
  • Make mistakes and learn from them and make incremental improvements in the process
  • Keep learning and don't be afraid of trying something new.

Who are we looking for?:


We are looking for someone with:

  • Excellent English communication skills (oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal) and the ability to explain complex topics in simple matters (also in French is an advantage).
  • Loves to work on a fastpaced highenergy market segment and balance multiple projects in a teamselling environment.
  • At least 2/3 years of experience in presales.
  • Knowhow in IT, networking, relational databases, and web technology.
  • Solid experience in international
    B2B within the
    SaaS industry.
  • Knowledge of API integrations is an advantage.
  • TOGAF Methodology knowhow is an advantage.
