Description
Our client based in Ireland are looking to add an Account Management Executive to their team.


This is a home based role (due to the job you must be based in Ireland) and the salary for the role is £25,000 per annum.

The business develop quality training courses that can be delivered by a team of training providers.


Duties and responsibilities
You will be helping to manage a network of accredited training providers to maintain appropriate quality of delivery.

Duties and tasks will include

  • Business Development to attract new providers which may include some travel and supporting at events.
  • Engaging with current providers to identify areas of gaps/weakness within the freelance instructors.
  • Supporting with Quality Assurance to ensure that all standards are of a high level,
  • Administration tasks, including taking meeting minutes and ensuring that GDPR processes are followed.


You will also provide brand support by attending events across the country as required to help to grow the business.


Skills and experience
We are looking for someone who has

  • Experience and a strong understanding of account management.
  • Experience of building relationships with existing customers and maximising the potential of these accounts.
  • The ability to form strong relationships with both customers and your own team.
  • Strong IT skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Good time management skill and the ability to prioritise their own workload.
If you have any further qualifications such as Business administration, these are desired.

You may be required to drive to events so a driving license and access to a car is desired.

This is a work from home role and is a full time permanent position.
