YOUR ROLEWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customs Coordinator to join our specialist customs operation in AberdeenWHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Reporting into a Customs Team Leader you will play a pivotal part in our customs operations ensuring our customers receive an excellent service, your main responsibilities will be to;
Update job files ensuring data is accurately entered into customs systems
Issue UCR's to import operations and 3rd party brokers, collecting information and ensuring all documentation is received 48 hours of issue of the UCR. (Unique Consignment Reference)
Build relationships with customers to support compliance and resolve any queries within a 24hour timeframe
Provide management reports
Archive all import records ensuring full compliance is adhered to.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?-You will be customer focused and a natural communicator able to build excellent relationships internally and externally, possess exceptional organisaitonal and time management skills and IT literate with the ability to learn systems and processes quickly.
