The role:

After 6 -12 months, you can expect your role to progress to full account management which will see you start to manage a territory of schools.

You will be working with SEN, Primary and Secondary schools, managing and developing their accounts as first point of contact for Opus and ensuring they receive our superb customer service at all times.

We are looking for confident, friendly, outgoing, opportunistic, ambitious and highly-organised individuals with exceptional communication skills to join our team based in Truro city centre.

Are you regularly speaking to, or interacting with, people on the phone or in person and enjoy that aspect of your role? Maybe you are presently working in hospitality, customer service, retail or a call centre role but would really value a more enjoyable challenge with greater rewards.

You might already be working in recruitment but would like to see what we could offer.
