_ Our Purpose_


A full-time vacancy has arisen within the Central Support Team of Local Taxation and Benefits Shared Service for both North and North East Lincolnshire Councils.


We wish to appoint a Service Improvement and Performance Officer responsible for the compilation and analysis of performance statistics for reporting to Senior Management, Members, external agencies and publication on council websites.


As well as the above, you will be expected to monitor, review, co-ordinate data protection/security incidents, Freedom of Information/Subject Access requests and Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) Checking Officer requirements to ensure their integrity and compliance.


_ About You_
You must have proven experience for accurate data analysis and interpretation to support service requirements and improvements.


You should possess good communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet set targets and deadlines and ability to work on own initiative.

Have experience of manual and electronic information systems and being able to store and retrieve information.
