Clerk of Works - Residential

Location:
Leamington Spa / Midlands


Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 + Car Allowance


Job Type:
Permanent


Key Responsibilities:


  • Inspect all construction work on site and ensure that it is carried out in accordance with the specifications and drawings.
  • Ensure that all materials used on site are of the required quality.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that work is carried out efficiently.
  • Prepare reports on the progress of work on site.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a Clerk of Works.
  • Knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
