Are you an Administrator looking for a new challenge? Jackson Hogg is delighted to be supporting a client based in Gateshead with the appointment of a Planning Administrator.
We are looking for somebody to assist the Sales & Operations Planning Manager with the day to day outputting of job information for production.
We are looking for somebody who is punctual, has strong admin experience and enjoys working with a range of teams.
Responsibilities include:
- General administration duties.
- Reporting of any potential issues or discrepancies of jobs before being output to the production stage.
- Organising jobs to hand over to the planning team.
The Person:
- Ensure Company policies & procedures are followed.
- Communicate effectively with the higher management and other members of the team.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Salary:
£23,275.00 per year
