Description

We are looking for a hard-working and energised e-Commerce specialist with experience of the UK digital trade space to join the BA team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the KBB industry as part of a core team to deliver results for our Kitchen Kit e-commerce site (B2B).

Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will work with marketing and customer services colleagues to deliver key digital outputs across all brands but with a key focus on Kitchen Kit.

Your role will be to use data and collaborate with the wider team to improve the user experience across a variety of touch points from A/B Testing new ideas to optimising conversion rates (CRO).


Key Responsibilities

Assist the Group Marketing Manager in delivering on the following ;
Develop and implement effective strategies to drive on-line kitchen sales and increase customer acquisition.

Maintaining social media profiles for all brands across the business.

Working with our external agency managing our PPC campaigns

Monitor and analyse key metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth on our e-commerce site.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer services and operations.


Essential
A degree or equivalent in Marketing or related area.

At least 3 years proven experience working with in an e-Commerce role, preferably within a B2B market.


Excellent analytical skills, a passion for data metrics and the ability to turn analysis into the creation and execution of measurable e-Commerce programs and digital campaigns to drive sales.

Ability to solve problems using data.

You know how to deep dive into data to identify areas where we are succeeding and where we can improve.

Experience of using digital ad campaigns including, Google search & ads, Microsoft ads and Meta campaigns.


Desirable
Digital Marketing qualification

Experience of creating monthly digital content plans across brands

Experience of using Klaviyo and other martech platforms

Experience of working in an Omnichannel business.


Salary:
Up to £40,000.00 per year
