About You

About You:


  • Experience of teaching/training/demonstrating or coaching young people
  • An understanding of Youth/community work and barriers faced by marginalised communities
  • Strong organisational ability with experience of leading the delivery of a programme
  • Excellent communication skills with experience of tailoring content to suit a variety of audiences and supporting young people to achieve their potential

About The Role:


  • Recruit young people onto the NHS Cadets Programme and encourage those enrolled to maximise opportunities available to them
  • Supervise St John Ambulance youth support staff and volunteers to deliver the programme
  • Support as needed with the evaluation of the programme and the production of reports
  • Deliver the programme effectively ensuring the content is engaging and administration is completed
  • Perform any other duties commensurate with these responsibilities, the band of the post and skills and qualifications of the postholder.
