COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR (PART-TIME POST)
BGS ESTATES SOUTH
Location:
BGS headquarters in Keyworth, Nottingham.
Grade:
UKRI - Band C
Salary:
£28,498 to £29,922 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)
Hours:
Part-time 22.2 hours a week
Contract type:
Permanent

About the role
An opportunity has arisen for a part time Compliance Coordinator to join the BGS Estates Team.
Duties include:
- Compliance Records Management and Development
- Digitising Documents and Archiving within the Estates Information Systems
- Auditing our data holding within Estates to ensure completeness
- Coordinating and tracking action logs for compliance
- Working with Hard Services Team and Estates North team to develop procedures for Data Management i.e., Gas Compliance, Legionella, Asbestos, Fire, PPMs, DRSTs
- Organising a compliance auditing, archiving and assurance system
- Managing the Training Matrix for the team
- Storing Supplier/Contractor Records
- Identifying Gaps and Risks in our information
Other Tasks:
- Supporting Helpdesk operations
- Contractor coordination support
- General estates tasks as required
- Liaising with contractors on compliance and operational issues
About you
Qualified to GCSE level including Maths and English, you should have good experience in Records Management, Business Systems, Digitising Documents and Archiving within Information systems.
You must also have strong Excel Skills and a good working knowledge of other Microsoft Office packages (Word, PowerPoint etc).

- Maths and English GCSE (S)

- Evidence of Records Management (S&I)
- Proven experience Digitising Documents and Archiving within the Information Systems (S&I)
- Proven experience of auditing records to find missing items (S&I)
- Evidence of coordinating and tracking action logs for compliance (S&I)
- Organising and auditing assurance system (S&I)
- Managing Training records (S&I)
- Storing Supplier/Contractor Records
Desirable
- Working within an estates environment Compliance Administration PPM Assistance CAFM use (S&I)
KNOWLEDGE
