Description

The Role 2nd Line Application Support Analyst A great opportunity for a 2nd line Application Support Analyst to join us at Saint-Gobain Digital in Huddersfield. This will be a hybrid role offering work from home and the office. This roleinvolves minimising service disruption by providing support and maintenance of cloud based services, ecommerce and Salesforce CRM, supporting systems through the ownership and resolution of Incidents and Service Requests.


Experience needed:

  • Experience of supporting E-Commerce and CRM (Salesforce);
  • Can create documentation / operation guides at a high standard is ideal.
  • Good communication anda confident telephone manner

Responsibilities:

  • Incident and request management within a timely manner.
  • Monitoring of supported systems.
  • Document review and provide feedback.
  • Working on change management areas.
  • Some project activities.
  • Transitioningof services
