A leading Top 200 national law firm are seeking a property litigation solicitor for their London office.

You will advise on property litigation matters mainly for clients in the health and housing sectors, there will be some scope to advise on general commercial disputes as well.

The role will involve a range of property litigation cases for clients in the health, housing and emergency services sectors, with opportunities to act on partnership disputes for GP practices.

Property litigation experience is essential; public sector andpartnership disputes experience is desirable but not vital.
