Events Administrator

Homebased within the UK with some travel to events within the UK

£24,000 - £28,380 pro rata per annum dependent on location

The Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) champions the power of planning in creating prosperous places and vibrant communities. We represent over 27,000 members worldwide, supporting them throughout their careers.

We shape planning policy, raise professional standards and are the only body in the UK to confer Chartered status to planners, the highest professional qualification.

This is an excellent opportunity for the Events Administrator to contribute to some key initiatives in the RTPI.

In this new role, you will support all aspects of the organisation, delivery and management of key events which support the RTPI's strategic objectives and priorities.


You will provide administrative and logístical support to the RTPI's nations and regions and work with our Events Officer to deliver our events programme.

You will have experience of working in an events team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential along with excellent organisational skills and interpersonal skills, confidently offering fantastic customer service to a range of people at all levels.
