TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATOR

We have a permanent full time position working for a successful organisation based at their site on the outskirts of York, easily accessible by public transport.

The Technical Administrator position is a key role in providing an effective and efficient administrativesupport to the Project Managers with daily site work.


WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU...
Full time

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Permanent

Salary of up to £25K

30 days holiday (inc bank holidays)


JUST SOME OF THE DUTIES YOU WILL COVER

  • Taking calls from customers, engineers and suppliers and liaise with contracts managers.
  • Print and distribute design sheets, collating MI and reporting
  • Send enquiries to suppliers for prices on materials and setting up new contracts
  • Assist with the procurement of materials, updating prices and answering any invoice queries, processing any returns and associated administration
  • Cross reference and ensure all billing has been processed accurately

THE IDEAL PERSON..

  • Good IT and usage of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word knowledge is essential
  • Great allround office based experience is a must so that you can hit the ground running
  • Good attention to detail for the numerical work
