Finance Manager (ACA) | West London (3 days in the office) | £55,000-£60,000 plus bonus | Permanent role

A Finance Manager (ACA/CA) is required to work for a highly acquisitive, FTSE 250, commercial business based in West London.

You will be joining at a key time; this newly created role will be supporting the business as they look to continue its focus ontaking market share, predominantly through acquisition.

Reporting to the Head of Finance you will be joining a fast-paced, ambitious environment and working in a team of ACA's who have progressed quickly within the business.

The role is a hybrid of both commercial finance and financial reporting and will alsobe involved in mentoring part qualified accountants.

You will gain great insight into how a growing FSTE 250 Group finance function operates and will be seen as an integral member of the finance team from day one.

Responsibilities include:

Working as a business partner to the marketing division including reviewing marketing costs vs budget, analysis of the return on investment, and supporting with strategic initiatives from a finance perspective
Playing a key part in the acquisition of new businesses from a finance perspective. This includes due diligence work, analysis of costs, and integrating newly acquired businesses into the existing structure
Managing postacquisition work including monitoring the performance of newly acquired entities
Supporting with the financial reporting responsibilities including the halfyear and annual reports under IFRS
Supporting the delivery of highquality financial reporting to the financial markets and investors
Reviewing, implementing, and enhancing reporting processes and key controls across the broader business
Supporting with the development and coaching of 2part qualified accountants

To be considered for this role you must be ACA/CA Qualified from a Big 4 or Top 10 practice with 0-2 years post-qualified experience.

Knowledge and experience of IFRS standards and an inquisitive mindset are essential. Proven experience auditing listed businessesand successfully leading audits for key clients is also required.

You should possess excellent interpersonal skills to be able to liaise with the wider finance team, stakeholders across the business, and senior management.

Excellent attention to detail andthe ability to use your initiative, and work to tight deadlines are the key to success in this role.
