As a member of our business development team, ultimately - you will be responsible for identifying and securing opportunities for new business.

You will be a proven sales person with the ability and confidence to sell to clients at all levels.

You shouldbe confident in your ability in attending and holding meetings, making introductory calls as well as in negotiating and closing business opportunities.


  • Main responsibilities_
  • Using your excellent lead generation skills to identify new business opportunities
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle
  • Attend client meetings
  • Manage deadlines and work to targets
  • Work with marketing team to create materials to support you in your role
  • Conducting contract negotiations with potential new clients
  • Record and maintain levels of sales activity, forecasting and success

You will:

  • Come from a new business development background ideally from an associated Facilities Management or Services industry (not essential)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to create & deliver clear, engaging, accurate & concise presentations, proposals and value propositions at corporate level within a target organisation
  • Be a proven sales person with an existing track record that can be evidenced
  • Be confident in your lead generation skills and ability to secure new business
  • Have experience of creating and leading pitches to present to potential clients at all levels
  • Skills & Experience / Qualities_
  • Business development experience proven sales experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Fantastic work ethic

  • Experience of accurate forecasting
