Annie A Recruitment are working with a organisation based in Huthwaite to recruit a Permanent Credit Controller into their team.

Working in a friendly team you will report into the Credit Supervisor and will be responsible for you own ledger.

This role isfull time and offers a 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office.


Duties include:


  • Minimise overdue and aged debt by ensuring customers operate within authorised terms and credit limits.
  • Accurate posting and allocation of receipts
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Investigate and report any deductions
  • Identify and resolve customer queries in a timely manner
  • Liaise with relevant internal departments and external parties in a professional and efficient manner
  • Opening New account
  • Requesting and maintaining credit insurance
  • Credit check customer accounts daily
  • Maintain high level of customer service
  • Highlight areas for improvement in relation to policies, processes and systems
  • Providing reports and analysis of the debt portfolio
