Brand new opportunity for a senior Paid Media professional to join a creative, innovative marketing agency based in Manchester.


The agency works an impressive list of the global clients predominantly in the B2C space including sports, consumer, entertainment and music.


The Paid Associate Director role offers a unique opportunity to drive the agency's strategic vision and make a tangible impact for audiences globally.


The Role:


Reporting to the Managing Director and managing a team of 5, the Paid Associate Director will lead the Paid Media team, crafting strategies that resonate with audiences worldwide.

You'll work with iconic brands within various verticals, leveraging cutting-edge technology to connect customers and drive sales. This is a chance to grow professionally in a role that balances strategic oversight with creative freedom.

Requirements:


  • Degree educated
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional team management and mentoring abilities.
  • Client Management: Strong clientfacing skills, proven in highstakes environments.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and a strategic mindset.

Salary:
£60,000 - £70,000 per annum


Location:
Manchester, hybrid.
