The Paid Associate Director role offers a unique opportunity to drive the agency's strategic vision and make a tangible impact for audiences globally.

The Role:

Reporting to the Managing Director and managing a team of 5, the Paid Associate Director will lead the Paid Media team, crafting strategies that resonate with audiences worldwide.

You'll work with iconic brands within various verticals, leveraging cutting-edge technology to connect customers and drive sales. This is a chance to grow professionally in a role that balances strategic oversight with creative freedom.

Requirements:

Degree educated
Leadership Skills: Exceptional team management and mentoring abilities.
Client Management: Strong clientfacing skills, proven in highstakes environments.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and a strategic mindset.

Salary:
£60,000 - £70,000 per annum

Location:
Manchester, hybrid.
