In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Providing support for Management initiatives
  • Supporting the Real Estate team in connection with defining real estate strategy and workplace initiatives.
  • Working effectively across the Real Estate team and the wider business as needed,
  • Producing highquality management reports and presentation documents and materials from draft.
  • Analysing, and refining data to inform decision making for senior management.
  • Attending and contributing to key meetings
  • Supporting with monthly reporting and vendor SLAs for team.
  • Supporting the team on delivery of cost and compliance driven initiatives, including quality control and process review and improvement.
  • Ensuring the effective use of team resources to support business requirements.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve issues and escalating to Management where appropriate
  • Budget management
- expenses and tracking.

  • Briefing and supporting the development and execution of marketing and branding materials. Effectivly managing projects as required, mainly related to Infrastructure, Real Estate and Facilities services.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills, including the ability to work on simultaneous items across multiple stakeholders with short lead times.
  • Strong influencing skills, including ability to articulate complex issues and incorporate feedback.
  • Ability to create and maintain organization of many ongoing initiatives.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and take on additional responsibilities when required. Ability to work independently with mínimal guidance.
