Permanent and Fixed Term Contract available

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8.30am-5.30pm Salary: £19, ,000 per annum


What you'll be doing

Working within our health and social care service delivery division, you will be responsible for helping client projects to succeed by taking care of all the administrative tasks and helping the daily operations to run smoothly.


You will:


  • Support initial set up of the project and produce any internal tools and templates required
  • Maintain accurate records and observe data protection protocols
  • Track and monitor performance against the project plan and KPIs
  • Act as a key point of contact, responding to queries and disseminate information
  • Support colleagues and clients to problem solve any challenges that arise
  • Produce performance reports and internal updates on activities
  • Organise and attend meetings with colleagues and/or clients as required
  • Coordinate training sessions and team meetings
  • Proofread pieces of work to check for spelling, grammar, and content errors
  • Prepare and issue letters and general administrative tasks to support the project
  • Uploading completed work to the case management system and adding cases notes where required
  • Supporting the wider service delivery and business development management team with administration tasks during downtime between projects closing and new ones starting.

What you'll need

  • Proven experience as an administrator, coordinator, or similar position
  • Strong IT skills and competent in using Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
  • Able to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Enhanced DBS check
