Refurbishment and Extensions within the Public Sector (Schools, Healthcare etc.)
Salary:
Approximately £50k + package
Location:
sites across Lancashire & Greater Manchester
My client are a well established, reputable Regional Main Contractor who are leading within their field of works. They work predominantly within the public sector, and work on a number of framework agreements.
Reporting to an Operations Manager, your duties will be:
- Regular site visits on a weekly basis making sure all Site Managers and projects are running to programme
- Assisting the Site Managers with any problems or concerns on site
- Senior management meetings on progression of sites making sure directors are aware of each development
- Discussing buildability and design issues
- Managing Health & safety
- Programming and planning all works
- Devising a build programme
- Being the company representative at Client meetings
- Recruitment of staff, organising trades and labour
- Ensuring KPI's are being achieved
- General delivery of the contract
- Monitor budget on individual contracts
- Chair meetings when required
This is a permanent role, and my client are offering a salary between £50-60k + package (depending on experience).
