**Package - £21K- £23K basic plus commission

Year 1 OTE £35K**This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team within a wellestablishedcompany, famous for working with the best software vendors on the planet. They aim to be the number one recruiter for IT Sales & IT Technical teams for fastgrowth Software & TechnologyCompanies.

Our client operates within a highly lucrative market, average fees are £21- £25K.

The current headcount is 50, talented recruiters across 3 offices, they have huge growth plans and are now looking for their next high performers to build out theirnew London team.

The Role:

Initially a 180 role, with potential to progress into account management once sound knowledge of the market has been established.
Identify business development opportunities daily.

The Requirements:

2:1 at Degree Level or 1 Years Sales Experience
Excellent organisational skills
