Leader Education is currently recruiting for a Maths Teacher for a SEMH specialist school in Rochdale.

You:

A qualified secondary teacher who specialises in Maths will be considered for the role
Previous experience with SEMH children is desirable but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to promote effective, inclusive education for children will be considered
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
Have a high standard of classroom skills
Be encouraged by the challenge of reengaging disengaged learners through positive activities and outcomes including vocational, hands on, active learning
Have a passion for teaching and learning with the ability to make learning enjoyable and fun
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaborative working
