Description
Take ownership of the fund's disclosure obligations under Article 9 of the EU's SFDR;

  • Build and maintain the fund's disclosure books and records with regard to Article 9 submissions;
  • Assisting with the ESG due diligence and Impact reporting of the Environmental Technologies portfolio companies;
  • Take ownership of horizon scanning for ESGfocused regulatory updates applicable at fund and firm level;
  • Work closely with the Head of Compliance to build globally consistent processes and reporting, where appropriate;
  • Collaborate with fund heads, Compliance and Legal to ensure the firm's ESG framework adheres to internal requirements, regulatory obligations, and external commitments, and implement framework as needed;
  • Lead analysis and implementation of ESG and stewardship regulations that impact the firm, including providing expertise around UK Sustainability Disclosure Requirements, and EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulations;
  • Assist in articulating the firm's response to ESG. Monitor ESG regulatory and industry developments and recommend priorities/actions for the firm's consideration;
  • Collaborate across firm functions, including asset stewardship, portfolio management, product, operations, and client reporting, to design and implement ESG efforts;
  • A minimum of 3 years' analyst or regulatory reporting experience gained within a directly regulated institution;
