Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance or information as needed
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies when interacting with customers
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met or issues are resolved
No experience needed


Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
£22,457.00-£24,874.00 per year
