Ingenia are looking forward to welcoming a additional Warehouse Executive to the company, working with a passionate winning warehouse team and manager, in a company that recognizes culture and staff as one of our greatest assets.

Job description:

1. Goods In responsibilities
Receiving and recording of all incoming goods utilising company systems. Work with Quality Control Manager to check quality of product prior to dispatch

Warehouse and storage responsibilities:

Storage of goods in a tidy, organised and logical order
Labelling of stock for clear identification
Prepare branded product stock repacking as required
Carry out regular Stock Checks in accordance with current company policy

Dispatch responsibilities:

Picking and dispatch of stock item orders for same day dispatch
Preparation for dispatch of custom item orders as specified on job sheet e.g. counting,

banding, shrink-wrapping and labelling

Using third party Courier Systems to book dispatches
Coordinate loading of goods onto courier vehicles using forklifts

4.

Other:

Due to work flows this roles also offers the variety of being involved in other departments such as production and card personalisation department, during peak demand. This involves running and machine machines to personalise, attach, fulfill and mail cards.

Salary:
