Software Engineering Manager
Do you want to be responsible for building and developing a state-of-the-art Edtech products?

Do you want to lead and mentor high performing agile teams?

A leading educational technology company, are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join their team.

You will manage engineers in various software development teams and work alongside cross-functional leadership to ensure high quality software meetsthe product roadmap.

As a Software Engineering Manager, your responsibilities will be:

  • Managing, coaching and mentoring team members and looking for ways their develop their skills.
  • Working alongside Talent Acquisition to grow out your team
  • Working in collaboration with the Head of Delivery to promote the best productled approach with Software Development.
  • Ensure that security, reliability, performance and scalability are a part of the team's skill set and development processes.
As a Software Engineering Manager, your desired skills are:

  • Experience managing teams in an Agile Environment.
  • Experience with Azure/AWS.
  • Knowledge of DevOps.
  • Development experience at Senior Level.
The company is based in Worthing and it is a hybrid role.
