We're seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Apprentice to join our team. You'll resolve customer inquiries, proactively identify potential issues, & work to enhance customer satisfaction & loyalty. This role is suitable for a confident and motivated individual who wants to join an exciting growing tech company.


What you will do in your working day


We are looking to recruit someone who is who is passionate about providing an amazing experience to our customers and is comfortable in a tech environment.


Duties will include:


  • Technical Troubleshooting & Escalation: Demonstrate listening and problemsolving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Product Expertise: Be an expert in all things , Maintaining an understanding of the product features.
  • Documentation and Escalation: Accurately document customer interactions, product issues, and resolutions for internal referencing.
  • Testing: Testing out new features of the system before they go live, providing valuable feedback to the development team.

The training you will be getting
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard, including Functional Skills if required

Workplace delivery and a structured scheme of work.
