Major Recruitment are currently seeking a Sales Order Processor for our client in the Normanton area, due to continued growth and expansion our client is now seeking to strengthen their sales team.


As a sales order processor, you will be responsible for the allocation and processing of all incoming enquiries and orders onto our clients CRM.


  • Processing customer orders and enquiries accurately within specified timescales
  • Ensure all orders are checked to ensure they are correct to quote and configured correctly
  • Monitoring the progress of all orders and highlighting any issues
  • Resolving any order/invoicing queries
  • Producing reports and updating KPI's
  • Communicate effectively with all internal departments
  • Provide technical help and support
  • GCSEs at grade A
  • C in English Language and Mathematics (or equivalent).
  • At least 3 years experience in a sales administration environment is essential
  • Strong communication skills both written & verbal
  • Microsoft Office experience (Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of hard surfaces including material technical specifications and drawings
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Decisive, with the ability to make decisions quickly
  • Key attention to detail along with good numerical skills
  • Good time management and workload organisation
  • Effectively work under pressure and achieve results
  • Good listening skills
  • Ability to multitask, being flexible to meet customer and business needs


The role is required to communicate with customers, subcontractors, template and installation teams and maintenance teams on sales order issues and escalate any issues accordingly.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm


Salary:
£24,409.00-£24,409.68 per year
