About The Role:
Fixed Term - 12 months
Are you an enthusiastic Administrator who wants to join an innovative and dynamic team who provide vital support to children, young people and families in Warwickshire?
We are delighted to be able to offer the opportunity to join our Connect for Health - School Nursing Service's administration team.
As one of our Administrators, you will support the School Nurse team to provide public health interventions which improve the outcomes for children, young people and families.
Connect for Health is an accessible, outcome-focused service that delivers key elements of the Healthy Child Programme.Our objective is to improve the health and wellbeing of school-aged children and young people in Warwickshire and reduce health inequalities.
This is an office based role.You will work as part of a large skill mix team providing professional administrative support to the team and wider stakeholders (children and young people, parents, families and professionals).
The Administration team work in a modern environment and the role is office based in Rugby. The working pattern is all year round however term-time working would be considered.About You:
You will be highly organised with excellent administration and IT skills, including proficiency in using Microsoft Office and accurately inputting data into electronic information systems.
You will be used to working in a busy office/customer service environment and dealing with client queries, with the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
