Description
The Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Manager consists of:

  • Establishing and maintaining standards for the whole process of a customers experience.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and online reviews are consistently at a high level.
  • Creating and working within budget.
  • Creating staff rotas.
  • Leading a team to work towards KPI goals.
  • Lead a team of 8+
  • Conduct team meetings and discuss targets.

Profile

The successful Customer Service Manager will have:

  • High levels of focus around people coming across in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Attention to detail and high levels of initiative.
  • Have excellent commitment, leadership and organisational skills.
  • At least two years experience in managing a team within a Senior Customer Service role.
