About the Role


At C-Link, our SaaS platform is the easiest way for Property Developers and Main Contractors to manage subcontractors and construction work on the market.

The tool facilitates quality construction procurement rather than using word, excel and dropbox.


As Customer Success Manager, you will own the relationship and journey with new and existing C-Link Customers from joining through to renewal and craft the ultimate customer success journey.

With a varied customer journey, the role is highly diverse.

Working with the sales team during handover, you will introduce Customer Success and gauge an understanding of their longer-term requirements and regularly provide feedback to the product team withcustomer feedback to ensure the evolution of a customer-centric product.


Key Responsibilities:


  • To provide a worldclass customer experience to ensure customers love the product, renew their subscriptions and refer us to new clients
  • Maintain a Churn rate below 10% per annum
  • Manage Customer Accounts from onboarding through to renewal
  • Build a strategic success framework to help customers find their 'true north'
  • Proactively partnering with our customers to understand their problems and desired outcomes and offering creative solutions
  • Share insights from other customers to help customers be even more successful through quantitative data on usage and best practices
  • Collaboration across different departments within the company, from creating case studies with Marketing to relaying product feedback, you will act as the customers' voice
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal product and development teams

Required Experience:


  • An analytical mindset to capture quantitative data on customer experience and behaviour so the Product team can prioritise the most important features for our client base
