Job description:

Axon Moore are partnering with an inspiring service business in the recruitment of a Finance Manager to cover maternity for 12 months.

The role is based in Halifax, with remote working 3 days per week. The position will begin in May 2023.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the finance team and conduct regular reviews against objectives
Identify trends in financial performance, providing challenge and recommendations, working with operational decision makers to maximise opportunities
Develop & prepare relevant, regular & timely reporting for the business to understand
Financial Reporting for Directors and the wider business
Management on working capital, maintaining a 6month rolling cash flow forecast
Lead the annual budget process and production of monthly and annual budget forecasts
Support adhoc projects and analysis

Be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
Hold a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
