**Deputy Clinic Manager
Eastbourne
Up to £41,000**Eclypse Recruitment is looking to recruit a Deputy Clinic Manager for a renal care clinic in Eastbourne.

Our client is one of the world's largest independent renal care providers who are devoting their efforts to developing the best renal care services in the field of dialysis.

The Role
As the Deputy Clinic Manager you will manage the dialysis clinic in the absence of the manager, maintaining effective leadership of staff, ensuring high standards of patient care, and promoting good working relationships with the NHS

Key duties will include:

Providing specialist nursing knowledge and skills to junior members of the nursing team
Ensuring all technical equipment is fully maintained and operational
Discussing health concerns with patients, and reviewing concerns with the multidisciplinary team as necessary
Act in a professional advisory role to staff providing supervision and guidance

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

NMC Registered Nurse
Post basic qualification in renal nursing
IDEALLY 2 years experience in Haemodialysis working at a senior level
Experience of managing and leading a team of nurses
The ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary environment

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior staff nurse who is looking to make the next move in their career.

In return you will receive a salary up to £41,000 dependent on experience.

This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Saturday on day shifts
