Role Overview
This is an exciting new role within the Brand & Insights team.

We are looking for someone to push, advise and drive the digital creative solutions for the business, putting us ahead of our competitors.

You will devise the concepts and strategies for particularMarketing campaigns and implement the creative across different assets and channels, agnostic of business and service lines.

You'll get to showcase your creativity by coming up with concepts that visually bring to life Savills Marketing campaigns, client requirements and drive Savills forward digitally.

Advising on the best digital solutions for the business and educating the business,including the Marketing teams, on the current digital trends within the wider industries.


Key Skills
What we need from you

  • To act as an ambassador for the new Creative Services Team model, to challenge constructively established waysofworking and look for more efficient and more effective ways of delivering creative excellence
  • Track record of working to detailed brand guidelines on multiple projects for digital implementation with an eye for detail, a deep understanding of layout and typography and a creative mindset.
  • Video shooting experience and editing to support the Videographer
  • Motion graphics, Adobe XD & animation experience
  • Experience working as a digital designer within a creative team (agency or inhouse)
  • A strong portfolio showing the breadth of digital design capabilities (static and motion).
  • Strong experience in editing and animating videos to agency standard
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite knowledge, especially After Effects & Premiere Pro skills + Ceros experience an advantage
  • Website creation, data room creation, animated assets
  • Be a clear communicator, and use storytelling techniques to present creative
  • Be a guardian of the Savills brand to bring greater consistency and improve the quality of our creative output
  • Review strategic creative projects, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
  • Take ownership of your development and ensure your skill set remains at the forefront, be hungry, curious and eager to continuously improve
  • Value people skills, working in collaboration with team members and creatives
  • Minimum of 2 days/week in a designated Savills office
  • Most importantly we need you to be confident in taking briefs, leading briefs, creating concepts and presenting these concepts, pushing the ideas past what is expected and always bringing something different.
